I created the The Art of Together because I saw a need for an art therapist lead, art therapy studio that was non-clinical, non-pathologizing, and community oriented to promote art making as everyday wellness. I work with a wide variety of 18+ clients from care workers experiencing burnout, to people in recovery, to women transitioning through menopause and those experiencing intergenerational trauma. I belief art making is an essential human need that can flourish as a personal growth tool with the right support, insight and encouragement. I have both professional clinical experience as personal perspective on my creative care. All materials are included and all sessions are in person at our Northbrook studio location.
