I understand what it feels like to feel stuck, to want something different, to know that what you are doing isn’t working and that there is a better way but being unable to let go of unhelpful habits, patterns, social constructs, and/or relationships that are keeping us there. Change is possible and is most possible when one decides they just can’t keep living this way anymore and something must give.
