I offer therapy services to children, teens and adults. Family therapy and talk therapy make up a large part of my practice. I offer other modalities to support my clients including: EMDR, mind-body practices like visualizations, breathing and yoga practice, and spiritual counseling. Clients come to therapy with a variety of concerns that they wish to address. Some need to work through trauma or specific traumatic events, some are grieving and some are facing big transitions and need someone to listen and offer strategies. My role is to support, coach and encourage my clients with their identified goals.
