I believe that we have to be able to live and deal with stress and issues in the present to achieve success, joy and peace that we seek. Life situations and/or Mental Illness can keep these from happening. Having that neutral person to be a support person can be what's needed . My specialty focus lies in dealing with Depression, ADHD, Marriage Therapy, Anxiety, Infant loss, and Trauma. I have experience with kids, adolescents and adults. Approaches used are (CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Gottman Method and Play Therapy) effective with children, adolescents and adults.
