I teach a science-backed approach that resolves chronic health problems – fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, Long Covid, Chronic Lyme, CRPS, GI & skin problems, insomnia, dizziness, chemical sensitivity, migraines, & persistent pain (or other uncomfortable sensations) in any body part(s). This is NOT about COPING, but about HEALING, and it is absolutely possible with the right information, tools, and support. It works equally well for PTSD, all forms of anxiety (including OCD), depression, shame-based thinking, and compulsive behaviors. I also really love helping couples resolve patterns of conflict and recover a deeper sense of intimacy. I will equip you with the exact methods I used to recover from many of the symptoms above. I’ll help you avoid the setbacks I had because I didn’t have the neuroscience-based information and techniques I now teach.
