I have been a psychotherapist for adults and adolescents for over 20 years. People come to me to deal with painful feelings and difficulties in living, and to improve their sense of well-being. Many of the clients I see have relationship issues, depression, anxiety or low self-esteem. Living in Silicon Valley brings its own set of problems, which I am particularly interested in. Some people are unclear what troubles them, but are unhappy with their lives.
