A native of Hawaii, I earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University in San Diego, alongside targeted training as a Trauma Professional. My passion includes guiding individuals through the recovery and healing processes after experiencing emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, whether in childhood or adulthood.
