I believe that the therapeutic Alliance is important and you are the expert of your life and I bring in the professional guidance. Consistent daily practice of self-compassion, empathy, and healthy boundaries can overcome years of trauma and unhealthy coping skills. Everyone has the capacity to move towards mental wellness given appropriate resources and empathy. I utilize an eclectic style in my approach and implement CBT,DBT, EMDR along with a client centered approach because therapy is not one size fits all. I also provide Clinical Supervision.
