Hello, I'm Ellen, a licensed professional counselor dedicated to providing a warm, open, and non-judgmental space for individuals navigating the journey of mental health and addictions recovery. With empathy at the core of my practice, I believe in meeting people here they are, without bias or preconceptions. I understand that each person's path to recovery is unique, and I am committed to helping individuals discover and pursue their own personal journey towards healing and well-being. I work with clients to tailor our work to meet your individual needs. My approach to counseling is rooted in compassion, understanding, and respect for the inherent dignity and worth of each person. By creating a safe and supportive environment, I empower individuals to explore their challenges, strengths, and aspirations, guiding them towards positive change and growth. Currently I offer individual sessions for ages 18+.
