I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor. My office is located in Mesa near both the US-60 and Loop-101 freeways. I provide individual counseling, family counseling and coaching for people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, pain, substance use or those interested in improving their lives by building on their strengths. I began working in the counseling field in 1996 and have experience in multiple levels of care including private practice, out patient clinics, residential treatment, acute hospitalization and detox.
