Hello, I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) seeing individuals, couples, and families in the state of Florida via telehealth. My specialties include anxiety, depression, relationship stressors, and chronic illness. I work from a cognitive behavioral and relational lens to assist clients in recognizing unhelpful patterns and reaching attainable goals. I have a passion for working with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or neurodivergence. I have a history of working with those who struggle with addiction and/or persistent and pervasive mental health diagnoses.
