You’re juggling things that often go unseen, and it can feel exhausting, isolating, and hard to explain. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to justify why this is difficult. We talk about the real, daily impact—cancelled plans, guilt for needing rest, frustration with medical systems, grief or resentment that catches you off guard, and wondering how long you can keep going this way. I offer a space where you can work through the hard things, laugh or cry, and be seen for who you truly are- judgment free.
