I offer virtual therapy in PA, MI, and MN. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience across a variety of settings. I obtained my bachelor's degree from Mercyhurst University and master's degree in social work from Edinboro University. I have experience working with adults in community mental health and residential treatment for substance use disorders. I use evidence-based practices including: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Behavioral Activation.
