More than half of my clients are couple's seeking help to navigate difficult conflicts in their relationship. Many are seeking support and guidance healing from the trauma of infidelity. Other couples are hoping to improve their connection, intimacy, and communication. I also work with adult individuals to help navigate attachment wounds, sexual dysfunction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My clients seek a safe space to overcome their inner conflicts, understand the dimensions of their being, and be seen and heard. I use interventions in sessions to help clients resolve conflicts and put words to their feelings.
