As a social worker and registered nurse, I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, illness, trauma, life transitions, stress, and and more. I have experience in schools, outpatient, residential, and crisis settings over the past 15 years. I use a non-judgmental space; allowing you to share concerns, set goals, find solutions and create positive changes. I can use my animal partners in your therapy process. Substantial research has demonstrated the importance of the human-animal bond. My goal is to work with you to improve and enhance your life. I feel the therapeutic relationship can produce the change you are seeking. I think each person has the capacity for growth, even with the challenges they face. Every person has unique gifts and strengths. I can help you build on them to address whatever problems you feel you are facing.
