I am a LCSW with over 20 years of experience and training working with young and older adults up through the lifespan. I have a general psychotherapy practice with a specialty in trauma, survivors of abuse, grief and loss, loss of children and survivors of suicide. My areas of practice also include helping people deal with depression and anxiety, mood disorders, relationship and family issues, and working through life transitions and challenges.
