What I love most about this work is helping clients discover who they are, deepen emotional bonds, and move through feelings of shame. I feel privileged to support self-discovery, whether it’s exploring challenges, reflecting on growth, or finding new perspectives. My passion is helping individuals, kids and families navigate life’s twists, turns, and roller coaster moments. I specialize in working with children, perinatal, and family systems, focusing on challenges like attachment, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and OCD My approach is rooted in human connection. I use relational and developmental methods such as Attachment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, and TheraPlay, while also incorporating the mind-body connection through Somatic Experiencing. For OCD, I utilize Exposure, Response, Prevention Therapy (ERP).
