While I enjoy working with folks across the lifespan with a variety of concerns, I find I work best with the following populations: 1) Adolescents, Young Adults, Young Professionals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, and self-injurious behaviors. I also work well helping those who are struggling to navigate this transitional phase of life and are having associated stressors 2) Adults looking to understand and heal relational or attachment traumas/wounds to have healthier relationships with themselves and others 3) Other therapists looking to do their own healing
