I help neurotypical, neurodivergent, and highly sensitive individuals navigate relationship challenges, family conflict, and periods of stress or change with greater clarity, compassion, and self-trust. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in painful patterns—miscommunication, emotional disconnection, people-pleasing, overwhelm, or cycles of burnout and self-doubt. Therapy with me is a collaborative and creative space to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and build more grounded, intentional ways of relating to yourself and others.
