As of 1/2025, I have a waitlist for short-term ketamine assisted psychotherapy and in-person ongoing therapy for Tu/Th afternoons (no virtual). Reach out for time frames. I believe trauma underlies most mental health distress and uncovering this root takes bravery and support. I genuinely care about the people I work with and this authentic relationship serves as the foundation for change. Using emotion-focused and body-based strategies we explore how the past influences your patterns of behaving today. My goal is to help you connect with your authentic self so that you can feel more engaged and grounded in your current life. I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as adjunctive to your current psychotherapy. After thorough intake assessment and preparation, clients typically have 3 - 6 sessions involving medicine and multiple integration sessions before transitioning back to long term therapy providers. This treatment is partially covered by BCBS and out-of-network benefits.
