The concept of therapy can be a bit intimidating—“what would I say?” “what will they say?” “will they tell me my problems came from childhood?” Therapy can look like whatever you need it to! I strive to create an environment where you can show up however you need and make the space your own. My goal is to meet you where you are with empathy and acceptance. I believe you know yourself best and have the inherent strength to alter your life! Sometimes we just need some extra support and encouragement—which is where I come in!
