I primarily work with adults and teens who struggle with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, addiction, histories of abuse, childhood trauma and complex PTSD. I also work with couples and families and have specific training in relational trauma, complex family systems, and addiction-related dynamics. I help my clients identify patterns of overthinking, self-destruction, shame, negative self-talk and dysfunctional relational patterns that are challenging to identify and change. I aim to make therapy a safe space to create real change in both your internal and external world.
