The feelings that come with grief can be confusing and complex: sadness, love, anger, guilt, and relief might all appear at once, and it’s easy to wonder if what you’re experiencing is “normal.” It is. Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, coping with the ongoing challenges of illness, or carrying the weight of caregiving, your feelings are valid and deserving of care. I work with individuals, parents, and adult siblings who are learning to live with loss in its many forms.
