I consider my work to be a privilege. I create a safe, trusting atmosphere while helping clients uncover key insights that lead to personal growth and greater clarity. I focus on improving my clients' relationships with themselves, their family, significant others and friends. Throughout the therapeutic process, I encourage my clients to think about themselves in new ways, while talking about feelings and thoughts that we usually hold at a distance. I will work with you to understand how your past is affecting your current situation and get to the bottom of your issues, for achieving deep, lasting changes. Since therapy can be an intense process that tackles intense issues, I believe it should also include authenticity, humor, and flexibility. I pride myself in being able to work interactively with my clients in an easy, relatable manner.
