My skills focus on working with people who have experienced trauma in childhood or adulthood. I work with clients experiencing anxiety and I help support people through relationship struggles or other major life changes. I want to help you feel like you are in control of your emotions and your reactions, instead of feeling like they are controlling you. I pride myself on being highly empathetic and providing support/guidance in a non-judgmental way. I am able to connect with people easily to help you feel comfortable enough to open up. It's within a safe, therapeutic relationship that authentic change can occur.
