Starting therapy can feel both exciting and overwhelming. My goal as a therapist is to support you with a strengths-based approach, helping you process the emotions, thoughts, and experiences that may be causing anxiety, depression, or other distressing symptoms. I specialize in working with survivors of childhood, domestic, relational, and sexual abuse. No matter your story, I believe true psychological healing is possible, and together, we will build the self-trust needed for your journey forward. I incorporate a variety of treatment modalities into my practice, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Relational Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
