If anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship struggles have left you feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I’m here to help you find your voice, set healthy boundaries, and build the confidence to create the life you want. I have clinical experience supporting individuals who struggle with self-esteem, relationship issues, and substance use, as well as those who have experienced domestic violence and childhood trauma. I also work with individuals diagnosed with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), chronic illness, OCD and anxiety related disorders, PTSD, and depression.
