Dynisha approaches counseling as a mixture of all of her experiences, and with the knowledge and skills gained from her training and additional learning. She believes that the relationship built in the counseling room is one that transcends the traditional media depiction of therapy- as your counselor her role is to help you explore your concerns, to help you find your own conclusions and make connections, and to help you utilize that new knowledge or those new skills to achieve whatever goals you set out to achieve.
