I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and an attachment-informed, relational focus. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing person-centered, trauma-informed care for concerns such as trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, and self-esteem. I also enjoy working with first responders and deeply value the strength and complexity of service roles. My approach integrates EMDR, relational therapy, mindfulness, and attachment-focused interventions to support growth, healing, and resilience. I’m trained in EMDR therapy for both adults and children, with a focus of supporting those who have experienced trauma, abuse, or attachment injury.
