For teens ages 15 and above and adults, I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what’s weighing on you and explore what you need to feel better. Together, we’ll move at your pace, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and build tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your daily life. You don’t have to navigate this alone—I’m here to walk with you, every step of the way.
