An ideal client of my is someone who is experiencing problems or frustrations and looking for professional service to gain personal insights, and come up real-life solutions to problems and challenges he/she is struggling with. For example, specific problems or frustrations that a client is trying to solve. For example, a client maybe struggling with family issues, grief, depression/anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed on the job. Their goals may be managing symptoms, improving relationships, gaining a deeper understanding of self etc. The "why" behind wanting these things is to find relief from distress, and achieve personal growth.
