We are an outpatient mental health clinic providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Our therapists are especially passionate about supporting Veterans & their families, children & teens, pregnant people, first responders & health care providers, teachers, those with chronic health concerns, the LGBTQ+ community, neurodiverse folx, & anyone who has experienced trauma, grief, & loss. New appointments available within a week! We provide evidence-therapies with creative integration of our clients' interests & our own (e.g., art, music, dance, geekery). We are strongly committed to practicing culturally responsive & respectful therapies, and dedicated to being allies and advocates for those who have too often experienced otherwise.
