I know how it feels to need support when times in life get challenging and I want you to know that it is always a strength to reach out for help. My therapeutic mission is to provide a safe, trusting, and trauma-informed environment for you to feel comfortable expressing yourself (even if it is for the first time). Vulnerability can be uncomfortable if you have never had a safe space to share your innermost thoughts/feelings, so let me be that safe space for you. So many of us struggle with negative thoughts, self-esteem issues, exhaustion, anxiety/panic attacks for what we may think are unexplainable reasons but are really due to deep-rooted trauma or learned behavior. Unlearning what we have been taught and figuring out what aligns with your inner self can help create a life that works for you.
