I believe healing begins within safe and trusting relationships. I'm passionate about working with individuals of all ages who have dealt with various forms of stress & trauma, incorporating a range of modalities including talk, play, and art therapy. In my work with children, I recognize the unique ways they express themselves & explore their worlds, and allowing play and the relationship to serve as powerful tools for healing, growth, and connection. I also support caregivers through parent coaching, to more deeply understand their child and to foster strong, healthy family relationships.
