Welcome! I’m Elliot, a licensed professional clinical counselor and owner of Innerspace Therapy, LLC. I work primarily with young adults and adults with concerns related to anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationships, sexuality/gender, disordered eating, substance use, spirituality, and existential concerns. I have a fondness for working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse folks, and enjoy exploring how our early relational experiences shape the way we show up with ourselves and others. I infuse my client interactions with compassion, empathy, and humor, while supporting clients as they work towards their goals.
