My ideal client is someone who has spent much of their life showing strength and resilience, maybe a veteran, an immigrant, a partner trying to keep love alive through uncertainty, or someone who has learned to survive by staying in control. They have carried responsibility for others for so long that it feels strange to put themselves first. Beneath that strength, there is often exhaustion, loneliness, or the quiet ache of not being fully seen. What they want is to feel grounded again, to reconnect with their sense of self, their purpose, and the relationships that matter most.
