As a queer, transmasculine, and polyamorous individual, my goal is to facilitate genuine interactions that assist LGBTQIA+ clients with discovering their innate wisdom, resilience, and authenticity. I received my Masters degree specializing in LGBTQIA+ studies, and I understand the importance of finding a therapist who has both a professional and personal understanding of navigating mental health and relationships as an LGBTQ+ person. I specialize in assisting folks who struggle with trauma and unhelpful coping skills that they would like to change - especially substance use, self-harm, and disordered eating.
