I am a License Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in New York City. I specialize in treating clients with Anxiety, Stress, Relationship, Trauma, and Life Transition. I utilize varied theoretical approaches for each individual to promote healing and growth. I work with a diverse population aged 18 or older. Most clients come to receive support in dealing with Anxiety-related issues.
