I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience in the mental health field, and I am passionate about helping people. I’m easy to talk to, a good listener, and I accept everyone. I understand that some of life’s circumstances are challenging. I have experience working with young adults, adult women, and men. I specialize in anger management, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship problems, stress, substance use disorders, alcohol and substance use, and trauma.
