You are worthy of what it takes to heal and to thrive! As a counselor, I believe each person has inherent beauty, uniqueness, and creativity. I believe everyone is capable of change and healing no matter what challenging things you have been through, or what has been done to you. It is my honor to walk with you from healing all the way to thriving! I am equipped to work with several issues including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, burnout, interpersonal relationships, culture adjustment, and missionary and ministry issues. Living and working for more than 6 years in Japan has shaped my ability to work with different cultures and to understand cross-cultural adjustment.
