I think the ability to connect is the most important aspect of a therapeutic relationship. After being in the field for over 20 years, I have found that connection between therapist and client is the best tool I have in helping people to reach their own goals. I have worked in different places around the world with a wide diversity of people. I love that these experiences have allowed me to understand people from vastly different backgrounds with a variety of challenges and goals. I like to utilize humor, a variety of evidence based practices, and tools to build from your existing strengths towards your therapeutic goals.
