Feeling like everything around you is falling apart and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. You ask your self over and over, "Why can't I feel better?" causing you to feel so disconnected and searching for answers. Figuring out a way to quiet that voice that is telling you that you are not good enough and undeserving of good things. You don't have to go through it alone. Using EMDR and Somatic therapy, we'll work together to move through trauma, heal past wounds, regulate your nervous system and help you feel more grounded, calm, and connected.
