I have over fifteen years of clinical experience initially in a hospital setting so I have a special passion for all things medical, I transitioned into private practice and fell in love with helping clients achieve their best quality of life. In session, I utilize EMDR and find it a huge asset to a client’s healing journey. I also will use a collaborative approach borrowing from several different therapy modalities Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength-based counseling, solution focused therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) routinely in sessions.
