My goal is to provide that space: a compassionate, collaborative, and empowering environment where your story matters and your healing can begin. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, substance use, grief, and life transitions. I have specialized training in trauma recovery (including EMDR), perinatal mental health, and grief and loss.
