I enable my clients as they move through transitions and realization of a harmonious and integrated self. I do this by utilizing evidence-based practice with transparency, humor, and compassion. I support my clients to feel empowered in their daily decisions and overall well-being. My clients often present to therapy struggling in one or more of the following life areas: relationship issues, anxiety, depression & bipolar disorder, shame, perinatal related issues, substance use, and life transitions. In couples therapy, I am here to support each partner learn and apply the Gottman tools that can truly change your relationship.
