My name is Elyse Reilly, LCSW. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience working with older adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or social isolation. I can connect them to community resources and provide compassionate, emotional support with issues of aging. I am a Medicare Provider and willing to do either home visits or virtual visits. I am working in Union county and am willing to travel outside of union county and can be reached by phone or email. I accept Medicare Insurance, and I am in network Aetna, Amerihealth and Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield and out of network.
