Are you struggling with an issue in your life? Feel alone and like there is no one to talk to? Are you afraid that if you speak to family and friends they will judge you? Whatever you are struggling with, you dont have to go through it alone. I utilize various client centered interventions with a strength-based approach. ​ Through personal and professional experience I have discovered a passion for working with individuals to enhance self-awareness, build stronger relationships and improve the family experience. When one member of the family is suffering it impacts the entire family. I received my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University. Currently, I am licensed to practice in NYS as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have experience working in outpatient mental health clinics with children, adolescents, adults and families. I am certified in perinatal mental health by Postpartum Support International.
