My name is Elyse, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in supporting women and mothers navigating anxiety, depression, parenting stress, and fertility, prenatal, or postpartum challenges. I also work extensively with children and teens experiencing anxiety, or behavioral difficulties. With ten years of clinical experience, I use evidence-based approaches—primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—grounded in strengths, resilience, and practical skill-building. I’m committed to creating a warm, collaborative therapeutic relationship where every person feels safe, understood, and truly heard.
