I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts, New York, and Florida specializing in working with individuals with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and related issues. I am committed to the delivery, optimization, and dissemination of evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My approach to treatment itself involves exploring the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and working with my clients to implement strategies that are most useful in addressing those areas.
