I provide a safe and supportive space for my clients so they feel comfortable discussing their feelings with me. I take a collaborative approach to counseling and offer my clients warmth, empathy, understanding and acceptance, all in a non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I place great emphasis on the therapeutic relationship along with helping my clients identify and achieve their goals. I am passionate about encouraging and empowering my clients to reach their full potential by helping them gain greater insight into their lives, strengthen self-esteem and foster feelings of self-worth.
